Sérgio Estevam Jr.
Exponential business strategist, advisory board member, and investor.
With over 10 years on the front lines of creating, scaling, and capitalizing companies operating in complex, high-risk environments.
Before becoming an entrepreneur, he graduated in Aeronautical Sciences from UNISUL and specialized in digital business analysis in the USA at Harvard Business School.
His entrepreneurial journey began in 2014 with Feedback Hunter, a retail survey and satisfaction software, acquired in 2019 by Venture Capital Participações e Investimentos (VCI), known for developing Hard Rock Hotels in Brazil.
He later founded Growth Venture, a national benchmark in Corporate Venture Building & Venture Capital, building businesses for major domestic and international corporations and participating in investment fundraising structures.
He led multimillion-dollar digital operations, structured corporate spin-offs, and coordinated investment rounds. Brands such as Hard Rock Hotel, Santander, Bradesco, Grupo Boa Praça, Laghetto Hotéis, and Golden Tulip have already created businesses under his advice and management. In the Creator Economy, Growth Venture is responsible for managing Ronaldinho Gaúcho's education ecosystem.
He is a graduate of ABI (Advisor Business International), one of the world's largest schools for business advisors, and Investidores.vc, as a Startup advisor.
Today he leads the movement of new business builders in the country through BBG (Business Builder Group).
